关于快速门电机选用的减速机,我们通常是RV63,1:15的减速机

为什么不用1:10呢,因为,输出扭矩变小,转速太高,容易烧电机。

比10的速度快相当于车的二挡 ,比15的速度慢相当于一档, 二挡速度快,一档速度慢,一档力气大

有的门带不动了,换一个速比的减速机就行了,但是速度慢了一些 ,15的带不动换20的还有30的。

速比就是你电机额定的转速除以实际转速得出来的,比喻说你电机额定转速是1400转,速比为10的话。


Speed ratio is derived by dividing the rated speed of your motor by the actual speed. It means that the rated speed of your motor is 1400 rpm and the speed ratio is 10.


那么你的电机实际转速就是140转/分钟。速比越大,转速越低,同时输出力越大。


Then the actual speed of your motor is 140 rpm. The higher the speed ratio, the lower the speed and the greater the output force.


减速机的减速比(亦称为传动比)速比就是你电机的额定转速除以实际转速得出来的。


The speed ratio of the reducer (also known as the transmission ratio) is the rated speed of your motor divided by the actual speed.

计算方法 :


Computing method:


设:电机额定功率为P (kw),转速为n1 (r/min),减速器总传动比i,传动效率u。 则:输出转矩=9550*P*u*i/n1 (N.m)


Setting: The rated power of the motor is P (kw), the speed is N1 (r/min), the total transmission ratio of the reducer is i, and the transmission efficiency is u. Then: output torque = 9550*P*u*i/n1 (N.m)


1、定义计算方法:减速比=输入转速÷输出转速。


1. Define calculation method: deceleration ratio = input speed_output speed.


2、通用计算方法:减速比=使用扭矩÷9550÷电机功率电机功率输入转数÷使用系数,MB无级变速机的使用注意事项。


2. General calculation method: deceleration ratio = use torque_9550_motor power input speed_use coefficient, MB CVT use precautions.


3、齿轮系计算方法:减速比=从动齿轮齿数÷主动齿轮齿数(如果是多级齿轮减速

那么将所有相啮合的一对齿轮组的从动轮齿数÷主动轮齿数,然后将得到的结果相乘即可,NRV减速机。

4、皮带、链条及摩擦轮减速比计算方法:减速比=从动轮直径÷主动轮直径,螺旋齿轮减速机,摆线针轮减速机如何加润滑油。
